Through monthly updates General Motors Dealerships were kept up to date with illustrated bulletins. I wrote over thirty bulletins that had step by step instructions with photographs. Another program developed by Gail & Rice Productions were diagnostic manuals, named "The Benchmark Program". I researched and wrote 12 of these, including "Computer Command Control System Diagnosis".

The Microwave Distributors Company, and related Coaxicom Distributors, sold technical parts to the United States Government. When I was webmaster for the Hauppauge based company, we transitioned to web based bidding and released several printed releases including "Cable Assemblies & Adapters".
